I am a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, originally from Barrie, ON. Having gone through my own personal journey of major weight loss (100+ pounds), I found my passion of helping others achieve their goals through group fitness, small group and one-on-one Personal Training and coaching. I am certified to teach a variety of class styles, including but not limited to Group Cycling, Aquafitness, Older Adult Fitness, Strength & Cardio, HIIT Training, STRONG by Zumba, Urban Poling, MOSSA Group Power and MOSSA Group Core. As well, I am a certified Carnivore and Fasting Coach.
