Ben Reedy

Ben started training jujitsu in 2018, having previously trained in Aikido, and is also an Orange belt in Kodokan Judo.

Ben currently holds a Blue Belt under Professor Bernie Antle and specializes in leg locks and toe holds and actively competes (winning gold!) and attends classes each week in No-Gi and Gi for his own training.

Ben is an active military member in the CAF in Cold Lake.
