Ashley's path to yoga was not a perfectly planned one, but each step along the way brought her closer to what she loves most: connecting with people, creating community, and helping others feel seen, supported, and welcome
A lifelong learner, Ashley has followed her curiosity into the world of wellness, completing nearly 500 hours of yoga training, meditation certification, holistic nutrition training, and specialized training in breathwork and cold immersion facilitation. She continues to explore new ways to support the mind, body, and nervous system, always learning, growing, and probably signing up for another course before she’s even finished the last one.
Ashley specializes in Yin Yoga, creating slow, intentional practices that invite students to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Her classes are designed to be accessible for every body and every experience level, offering a welcoming space where students can show up exactly as they are.
She believes yoga isn’t about being the most flexible person in the room, mastering the “perfect” pose, or fitting into a certain idea of what a yogi should look like. It’s about creating space - space to breathe, to listen inward, to let go of the outside noise, and to care for yourself.
Known for her warm energy, authenticity, and ability to make people feel seen, Ashley hopes every student leaves her classes feeling a little lighter, a little more connected, and reminded that they belong.
